The Collins Inn and Seaside Cottages at Ocean Shores
The Collins Inn and Seaside Cottages sits across from the Pacific Ocean and steps to Damon Point State Park, Duck Lake and Oyhut Wildlife Recreation Area with 682 acres of protected land in Ocean Shores Washington.
After five years of hard work and dedication by Jim Collins artist, builder and Inn keeper, the Collins Inn and Seaside Cottages have just been finished (Summer of 2008).
About The Inn
The Inn itself features six rooms in an over 5,000 square foot home.
The property's gathering space
The property's gathering space features ocean view dining, a baby grand piano, 450 gallon salt water aquarium, 10 foot river rock fireplace in front of a gourmet coffee/wine bar. The open kitchen is something of a masterpiece with custom cherry cabinets and 1,000 square foot copper ceiling; it is a real must see. Throughout the Inn you will find amazing custom glass art from renown Seattle artist Michael Church. In the summer enjoy the wraparound deck with outdoor fireplace and seating.
Environmentally Friendly
With the environment on his mind Jim added energy efficient in-floor heating throughout the entire Inn as well as energy efficient light bulbs. The Inn uses earth friendly cleaning supplies and Davies Gate organic and environmentally friendly amenities; all with you in mind.
